How do we reserve our date?
Send us your event date, venue, and the collection you have in mind. We will confirm availability and send over the service agreement. Your date is secured once the agreement is signed and the $600 booking deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
Do you operate on Shabbat or Yom Tov?
Mabooth is fully Shabbat-observant. We do not operate, set up, or break down between Friday late afternoon and Saturday night, or on Jewish holidays. We are glad to discuss arrangements for Saturday night and Sunday simchas.
What do you need at our venue?
A standard power outlet within 25 feet of the booth, roughly 10 by 10 feet of floor space, and access to the setup area at least one hour before the event begins. Indoor setup is preferred. Outdoor setups require shade and weather protection.
Can the mirror booth be used outdoors?
Yes, provided the booth is placed on a level surface and protected from direct sunlight, rain, wind, and excessive humidity. Covered outdoor locations are ideal.
What kinds of simchas do you serve?
Brises, bar and bat mitzvahs, swanees, weddings, Sheva Brachot, and every simcha in between, throughout New Jersey and New York, with select events in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Can you create a custom backdrop or layout?
Yes. We design bespoke welcome screens and photo layouts, and we are happy to coordinate with your florist or event designer on custom backdrops, subject to approval.
